What IYP provides
The Immigrants Yellow Pages is a guidance and signposting platform. It is designed to help users understand next steps and find relevant support, but it does not replace official government, legal, medical, or regulated professional advice.
Check important details
Information can change quickly. Users should check final requirements, eligibility, opening times, prices, and deadlines directly with the linked organisation or official service before making important decisions.
Use the service responsibly
IYP does not ask users to submit passport numbers, BRP details, visa reference numbers, health records, bank details, or full home addresses through public forms. Do not include sensitive private information in feedback, lived-experience questions, or resource suggestions.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another person's account, interfere with security, scrape the site excessively, or submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content.
Accounts and availability
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. We may temporarily limit access to protect the service, investigate misuse, or carry out maintenance. Features and third-party listings may change as the platform develops.
